At Kokopelli’s Cave Bed and Breakfast just north of in Farmington, New Mexico, you will feel like you’ve stepped into an episode of “The Flintstones.” This bed and breakfast is not at a typical location for an overnight stay. Rather, Kokopelli’s Cave is located 70 feet below the surface of vertical cliffs. You’ll enjoy all of the comforts of the best bed and breakfast locations in the Land of Enchantment but with much more adventure when you stay at this house cave.

You will want to pack light for this overnight stay and transport all of your belongings in a backpack or another easy-to-carry bag. The short hike is the only way to enter the cave. There are no elevators or other entrance options.

Inside the cave, you will find a full kitchen, living room, bathroom, master bedroom, and dining area.

There are two porches that each provide awe-inspiring views of La Plata River Valley. You may also see stunning views of the Four Corners area.
